Birchbox: June 2012
By Laurie | June 12, 2012
I have been enjoying my subscription to Birchbox, though last month I was somewhat disappointed. This month was exciting because not only did I get mine early, but I also really liked everything that was included. I especially liked getting a full size product! The theme this month was Jet Set, and here’s what my box looked like:
Total Value: $70!
If you know me, you know I am fair and pale. I am a little worried about the Comodynes Towelettes turning me orange a la an Oompa Loompa, so I may give them away. I did try the stila one step bronze this morning, and while it appears dark, it blends to match your skin tone. It’s a little sparkly for day, but if applied under foundation you can work with it. I’m also a fan of the Stainiac. It is a lot like Benefit’s Benetint, except that it has a gel base instead of being liquid.
In case you didn’t know, Birchbox is $10 per month and you get 4-5 deluxe size samples and occasionally full size products. If you like to sign up, you can use my referral link (and I’ll get free points).
What’d you get in your box this month?
