Pizza is probably one of my favorite foods. Since we’ve moved to Frisco, we’ve discovered two local restaurants where we love the pizza. I can’t even remember the last time we had pizza from a chain. I also can’t remember the last time I’ve baked a frozen pizza.
None-the-less, when offered the opportunity to give Freschetta FlatBread pizza a try, I was up for the challenge. You know how most frozen pizza tastes like cardboard and are lacking enough cheese and toppings? Not a problem with Freschetta. I noshed on some Zesty Italian Style FlatBread while Dave went for the 5-Cheese variety. They were thin, crispy, and topped with the perfect amount of fresh ingredients , all-natural cheese and sauce. Perfecto! The only cardboard was the actual piece of cardboard the pizza sits on in the box. (See my photo!) |
I love it, and you will too. You’ll also love me for pointing you in the direction of this $1 off any Freschetta pizza coupon. I’m excited to try a few of the other varieties such as Roasted Garlic and Spinach.
Note: Even though I accidentally forgot to move my oven rack down to the center and my pizza was a little more cooked than I’d normally like, it was still delish. I wouldn’t lie.

I’m going to have to give it a try. I have yet to have any luck with frozen pizza, so yeah… I’ll give this a try.
