Mamavation Monday

It’s been kind of a hectic week with the trip out of town last weekend, and then going out of town again this weekend for the Walk to Empower. I spent today with my parents to celebrate Mother’s Day, but starting tomorrow I plan on getting fully back on track with my plan. I could make excuses, but the truth is I started to slip.
Here are my short term goals for the rest of the week:
1) Go back to the fruit/veggie detox
2) Get in at least 60 oz of water
3) work out 4 days by Sunday
I will post more about the walk later, but here’s a photo of Rachel and I. Just in case you were wondering, she was just as sweet in person as she is online. I am very thankful that she came to spend her Mother’s Day morning with Dave and I. I hope all of the Sistas had a wonderful day too.
