While Texas has been reviewed for possible expansion, there are no official plans to add the market yet. There are many issues keeping the expansion from happening at this time, from legal copyright issues, to distribution & food source issues. (We only get our meat from 1 place & we never freeze anything). So while Texas may happen someday, I am sorry to say that this is still just a unfounded rumor.
