The Big Reveal!

Have you seen the Red Chair Confessions videos that have been circulating on different blogs and on Twitter? Did you have an inkling as to who the advertiser would be? I didn’t have a guess, and I’m not someone that likes secrets or suspense. However earlier this week, the big reveal was finally made!
I’m not going to lie, I have never purchased anything from Talbots. I’ve been in the store a few times, but it seemed like it was a store more geared toward my mom than with me. The video reveal makes complete sense to me on that front. Apparently Talbot’s is changing their image to be more hip, modern and affordable. I guess that means I am going to have to give them another shot and check them out. There are several locations near me, one in a mall and one in a shopping center. You can also shop online.
If you were a Talbots shopper before, did you notice the difference? Are you happy with the changes? If you weren’t a shopper (like me), did you find anything you’d buy? I spotted a few things I might wear to work, but everything seems so dressy for my normally casual taste (and I am a total lover of cute skirts and dresses). What do you think?
