I love Harry Potter. Hehe I’m kind of maken all of my brothers and sister and friends to go to the movie with me to morow it starts showing here in Sweden today.

I like how you reveal the demise of dumbledor but don’t reveal who the half blood prince is

I am a huge fan of the films and the movies, I actually had no interest in either until I saw the 5th film.
The films do a decent job not straying too far from the books but they do leave a lot out and some minor things are different.
Films aren’t meant to be exactly like a book because that’s impossible. I film is visual and a book is more intellectual and open to interpretation.

Ugh, I have to wait another two weeks until the movie appears in cinemas in my country as well…:( I hope it will be as good as the previous ones. I too enjoyed the movies better than the books, because the books were very poorly translated in my language. I should have just read them in English.

I think Harry Potter are the only books to movies that I haven’t been incredibly disappointed by. I hated the Twilight adaptation, Confessions of a Shopaholic, PS. I Love You… the list goes on and on. Surprisingly Harry Potter always gets it pretty close, which is better than a lot of movies can do. And even though it always misses some parts… it kind of has to, those books are massive! What they leave in is generally the important stuff

I’m seeing it tomorrow! In IMAX! So excited!

Thanks for ***spoiling*** “Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince” for me. I am three quarters of the way through the book, and although the movie is being screened already, I *won’t* be going to see it until I have finished reading the book.

Glad to see the good review. My son will be wanting to go and this sounds like one we’ll both enjoy. Nice HD theater with leather seats sounds like a first class way to go!
