Weekend Update

This weekend was busy, busy, busy! On Saturday morning I got up and went shopping at Willow Bend and got my hair cut. It’s crazy what a haircut costs these days. Over $60? WTF. I miss living in Lewisville and seeing my normal stylist. My hair is now shorter than I’d like. Also after the 3-Day Nikki and I went to a new Toni & Guy and a woman who just got out of training colored my hair and it turned out reddish. Overall, I’m just not happy with my hair. It will grow back though, and soon I plan on seeing my normal colorist at the other T&G to get it corrected.
Saturday night we celebrated my birthday with a group of my friends and their significant others. We had a really good time. After dinner (and three Mongolian Margaritas), we headed out to go bowling. The wait was too long most places, so we ended up at Nikki & Craig’s for Wii Bowling and RockBand. I’ll post pictures later.

On Sunday I met friends for shopping and lunch. I love this time of year because of all the fabulous sales. I’m trying to be good though, because I’m sure I am going to be buying stuff while we are in Cali next week too. When I got home, D and started the second season of Dexter. I am so addicted to that show and can’t wait to find out what happens next. We might just have to get Showtime so that we can keep up with the current season. Anyone else watching? We are Netflixing. |
This week is a short week. I am so excited and cannot wait until Thursday. I can already taste the IN-N-OUT now!
