Happy Birthday to Me!

Yup… today I’m another year older. Am I heading over the hill yet? Is 30 (or rather 31 now) really the new 20? The thing is, I don’t feel especially old. I know a lot of people who are freaking out to be in their 30s. It’s hard to believe I’m already here. It seems like not too long ago I was graduating college and high school. The last 10 years has definitely gone by in flash. I know I said down with resolutions for the new year, but I am hoping for a great year personally and professionally. D is taking me out for dinner and maybe a movie tonight, and then I will celebrate with some friends this weekend. Just a quiet beginning to another year.

    im fine now with mine. took about 2 weeks to completely recover.

  14. Thanks Tina! I am doing okay. I didn’t have any cake, but I did have a few drinks! Yesterday was the beginning of my third week. I was back at work after 10 days though. I still can’t taste sweets or soda, but that is for the best. Did you not have those type of side effects?
