Happy Birthday, Taylor!

Yesterday we celebrated Taylor’s birthday (the daughter of my friend Nikki) at Peter Piper Pizza. We enjoyed pizza, cake, and watching a dozen nine year-olds play games and cash in their tickets. At the end Taylor exclaimed that, “This was the best birthday EVER!” I have to admit to witnessing a few “Sweet Sixteen” moments from some of the guests and one from the guest of honor. Poor Nikki. Enjoy these last few years before teenage-hood! I imagine it only gets worse, but I hope it gets better.
