That was smart thinking on your part to go find some workers and just pay them cash. Way to go! I hope it didn't do damage to your sprinklers.
I am so tired of all these winds, we have a small piece of siding that came loose the week before because of the winds. I have no idea who to call and it's such a small job, I don't know who would even come out for it. It's on the 2nd floor, so I can't reach it.

I know, Jill! It really sucks. They really did bend over backwards right after we closed to fix any little things that might have been wrong, and they kept reminding us about that survey and their 100% positive score they always have. I decided to wait to see what happened a few months down the road, and I'm glad I did!

Whoops! :) I just love how these developers would crawl over broken glass to get you to buy one of their houses but after all is signed and sealed you get kicked to the curb!

Yup... that's our neighborhood! I can even see the gazebo in the background, so I know exactly where your house was. We're in the newer phase in the back.

Why'd you leave? Should we be packing?

The tree story is crazy but what caught me most is that you're living in our old house. What a mean is that we lived in that exact same model (same brick selection too it looks). Check out the photos of our old house in Frisco here.
