I am constantly dieting and exercising. Today I walked 5K with my parents (more later), and last week David and I joined a local gym and have committed to working out together several night a week after work. Besides that, Nikki and I are still training for the 3-Day and are going to push it into high gear when she returns from out of town. You’d think I’d be a Skinny Bitch by now with all of this, but no. Here’s hoping the books have the secret I’ve been looking for. Well, let’s hope I win first!





whoa…i think you’ve already kicked it into high gear! i was doing good with running, then i went out of town, so i need to get back in gear and up my mileage.

I’ve been thinking about adding some light jogging into my workouts and seeing if I might be able to be ready to run in the next Race in October! It probably won’t happen, but it’s nice to dream, right!
I wish my Nike+ thing actually worked. I don’t think any of my walks have counted toward our latest competition.
