Lower thyroid activity tied to weight gain

A big DUH to this article:

Lower thyroid activity tied to weight gain

Can we please get a cure to thyroid disease?! I am now taking armour thyroid and I have felt awful and sick to my stomach for a week. I am also experiencing muscle weakness and couldn’t lift weights at the gym that were normally no problem at all. If it continues, I’ll probably go back on the synthroid. *sigh*

  1. Start doing the Armour sublingually–i.e. under your tongue. Don’t swallow it. www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/sublingual Next, get your adrenals checked: www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/adrenal-info You may have adrenal fatigue explaining your muscle weakness and sick to your stomach…or it’s just a need to the tablets sublingually.
