Weightloss Wednesday

I am not going to lie. I was really off track last week. Cheese enchiladas and pepperoni pizza on Valentine’s Day got me started on a bad path that continued with Chinese and Mooyah over the weekend. I ate pretty small portions (for example I got the junior burger (haha) instead of the regular, and a bowl instead of a two item plate). The good news is that we continued with all of our regular PT workouts, and also went two other days during the week. The scale showed another 2 pound loss (although this week I was wearing my swim suit when I weighed).

This week I had a headache and just wasn’t feeling like working out on Tuesday. I think I was just burnt out and tired of driving back and forth from my house to my job and back, and then practically all the way back over there where the gym is. Hopefully next week I will be in a better frame of mind.
