30th Birthday Partay!

By Laurie | January 15, 2008

I’ve never had a birthday party in my life, so my 30th seemed about the right time to rectify that situation. Don’t get me wrong, I always had fabulous family gatherings and celebrations so I don’t really feel like I missed much. On my 16th birthday my parents let me pick two friends and they took us all to Medieval Times. Our knight even threw me one of the carnations. I’ve also gone to Vegas for my birthday. On my 21st I went with my friend Kat, and another year Dave and I went.

This year my family and friends met up at Buca di Beppo and celebrated at the Pope table. It is crazy how much food we had, but everything was fabulous and I even got to experience Limoncello. My friend LeAnn made fabulous raspberry (my favorite) filled white cupcakes which were amazing. After dinner we headed off to Martini Park in the Shops at Legacy and had a few drinks before calling it a night. I have the bestest family and friends!

Nikki brought TONS of balloons to the party!

So far 30 isn’t sucking too bad!

Yeah… I’m a birthday princess. I alternated headwear during the night.

Limoncello!

Martini Park has a dress code that includes no tennis shoes…

…so Craig wore Nikki’s studded Crocs.

My posse is gangsta… okay, not really.

Maybe the “W” stands for White?

Dave thought the music in the club was bad, so he held this up to the window.
