		<description>Hey there!  I swear the longer I know you the more things I&#039;m finding that we have in common.  I too have struggled with my weight my whole life - and I also look back at old pictures and wonder why I thought (and my family thought) that when I was in grade school and middle school that I actually needed to diet!  Society has such a hold on our perceptions of what is &quot;normal.&quot;  Good luck on your weight loss journey.  I&#039;m also trying to get back on track again.  It does help to have that support too!</description>
