When you arrive they give you a package with your game cards and two tickets worth $10,000 in chips for each person. I lost some of my cash on roulette right away. After that we moved over to a Texas Hold’em table and stayed there for the rest of the night. We had such a good time, an awesome dealer, and one of the other players even bought the entire table a round of drinks. At the end, every $5000 each person had was good for a ticket. There were about 10 boxes with prizes attached to them such as dinner for two at D&B, a free Murder Mystery package, dinner at Randy’s (a super nice restaurant), and so on. We ended up with 10 tickets, so I put one ticket in each of the boxes I mentioned above, and the rest in the box for a weekend stay at Embassy Suites. Right before midnight they held the drawings, and we ended up winning the hotel stay! Unfortunately it expires before our Anniversary, but we will have to make an excuse to plan a gettaway sometime before the summer is up. After that we watched the ball drop, had our champagne toast, and went home. What a great start to the New Year!
