It’s Finally Fall

By Laurie | November 15, 2007

I am excited because it finally feels like fall in North Texas. Normally we see cool weather starting at the end of October, but it’s been in the high 80s or 90s for awhile now. Last night we finally saw cool weather and a breeze! Yay!

We are also busy preparing for the holiday since my parents and brother’s family are coming over for Thanksgiving. I’m excited since it’s our first one in the house. Our poor living room still seems so empty though, and a lot of our walls are still bare. It’s a work in progress though. I think it will just take time. I have bought a lot of cute things for the table, but I never would have guessed how expensive that stuff is.

I hope everyone is having a good week. Is it Friday yet?
