We’re Building a House!

Everything is happening so fast! Dave and I went over to a new development in Frisco just to look around and do some pricing. We did some house-hunting last year, but only really agreed on one house that was in a neighborhood in which everyone was selling. Our realtor thought something might be wrong and kind of talked us out of making an offer.
At any rate, this house seems to be the perfect size and I know that I will be much happier that everything is new and that we can make our own fresh start. I won’t even tell you how many houses we looked at that I just couldn’t imagine us in. I admit, I’m picky… and I am glad that I didn’t settle.
We selected all the tile, carpet, and add-ons today. They told us it will probably be ready late September early October which is perfect since our lease will be up in September. I am very excited!
